For today’s episode, we're going to talk about different things to avoid foods that you could eat more of herbs that are supporting your thyroid, but we're mostly going to focus on hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism. One thing I do want to share any issues with the thyroid, whether it be nodules, whether it be enlargement of the thyroid, all happens within your throat chakra. And so just remember, even though I'm gonna go over more of the physical aspect of the thyroid today, and different testing, and results from blood work, just know that there is an emotional component to the thyroid and the thyroid either being overactive or underactive, and that is another element that we can get into down the road.
