Reflecting on our serendipitous meeting in Fiji 14 years ago, where we bonded over our shared origins in California, we reconnect later in Bakersfield, developing a close friendship through meaningful conversations and creative collaborations. Lisa shares her remarkable journey from a successful career in aerospace to her transition into holistic health and healing. Despite achieving professional success, Lisa felt unfulfilled and faced challenges, including gender biases and health issues. Exploring holistic health practices, we’ve come to understand the importance of addressing emotional well-being alongside physical health, and we share Lisa's skepticism towards conventional medical practices.

Luisa is an influential businesswoman, spiritual healer and visionary! An innovator in the field of conscious businesses.
Luisa graduated from Pepperdine University with a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and business management. In her first job out of college, she worked for NASA’s biggest supplier of rocket engines supporting the manufacturing and operations of the new generation of rocket engines. Her leadership skills, dedication, and positive attitude made Luisa an invaluable asset to the company. She supported numerous projects, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Luisa retired from the aerospace industry after her first child was born.
Luisa’s passion has always been around the holistic healing arts, spending most of her time educating herself how to live a healthy lifestyle. Luisa has earned certifications in Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Shamanism, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Meditation and Mary Magdalena Healing.
Luisa is currently the co-founder and CEO of Earths Elements. She operates numerous healing retail stores across Southern California. She is an intuitive leader who manages a team of over 60 employees and maintains a flourishing online presence teaching the world about energy and holistic wellness practices. She has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of Earths Elements from being a small business to becoming a multifaceted corporation.
Luisa has exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to her heart. She has a vibrate spirit, compassionate in nature and positive attitude, making her a wonderful leader.
In her free time, Luisa teaches about sound healing, yoga, crystals and channels the energy and high frequencies from Mary Magdalena. She is also dedicated to women empowerment.
