In today’s episode, I’m going to talk to you about Vitamin D and what it does for our body. And the main thing that vitamin D does is it helps us regulate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the gut. Phosphorus is the second most abundant mineral behind calcium in the body. And phosphorus helps us utilize carbs and fats and ultimately helps with moving muscles. And it helps also with making proteins that help with repairing cells and tissues, and it helps to remove waste within tissues in the body.
