What is earthing- connecting to the earth's natural surface. Touch bare feet to the ground, hold a leaf between your fingers, or hug a tree. The earth helps to restore internal electrical stability.
Our shoes have changed over the years. This has prevented us from connecting to the earth like we have done in the past with leather sole shoes. Some research links lack of connecting to the earth's energy with the increase in diabetes.
When we stand barefoot on damp grass this helps activate an acupuncture channel that is known to be the entryway for the absorption of the earths energy, according to Chinese medicine. This point is called the K1 acupressure point. It connects up to the bladder and other vital organs and continues up to the brain.

When people are electrically charged they feel more centered, stronger, balanced, and less stressed. Anna Marie encourages you to earth and get kiddos and older people to join you. Be aware that earthing also acts as a natural blood thinner and as it can help organ systems and the body work more efficiently be aware of any medications you are on may be more efficient too.
